1) Murat SAPIYEV is summoned to the West-Kazakhstan Regional Police Department by the investigator #ZHUSUPKALIYEV Talgat on 16 September at 17:00 for questioning as a suspect. The investigator did not hand over the summons on purpose, as it is supposed to be by law, but took a picture of it and sent this photo via WhatsApp messenger to Murat SAPIYEV.
2) Kazhimurat MUNASHEV, also, is summoned to the West-Kazakhstan Regional Police Department to the investigator #ZHUSUPKALIYEV Talgat on 16 September at 10:00 for questioning as a witness. The investigator also did not hand over the summons to the activist, but took a picture of it and sent it via messenger WhatsApp to Kazhimurat.
The fact that the investigator sent the summons via WhatsApp messenger, violating the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the issuance of the summons, shows his total disrespect for the norms of law and civil activists.
