Max Bokayev’s mother wrote a thank-you letter to U.S. senators

Dear Senators,

My name is Rakhila Kozhassova. I’m Max Bokayev’s mother.

I would like to to express my gratitude to U.S. senators who supported my son at such difficult COVID-19 time. Max has been ill and had symptoms of COVID-19. Fortunately, he recovered by now and feels well.

My son was really touched when he heard about your letter. He also has remembered memories about his visit to the United States back in 2010 and meeting with Senators on Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative. Please dee below photo.
