Politically motivated refusals issued in response to notification of peaceful assembly

On 20 October 2021, the Uralsk City Department of Internal Policy refused to hold peaceful rallies on 30 October 2021 from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00, in response to two notifications submitted by civil activists #MUKAMBETZHANOVA S. and #UTEBAYEV Bekbulat.

Reasons for politically motivated refusals:

1) From 12:00 to 15:00 — an event called «Live! Take Off! Prove Yourself!» from 10:00 to 15:00 at a place specified by activists as a peaceful rally venue;

2) From 18:00 to 21:00, holding an event entitled «You Deserve to Live!» from 17:00 to 21:00 at a place specified by activists as a peaceful rally venue.

The politically motivated refusals were signed by the acting head of the department, #GINIYATOV Azamat.

It seems that the Uralsk Akimat employees are having fun signing yet another refusal for far-fetched reasons about some «daily» events exactly at the same places where the activists want to hold peaceful rallies.
